Responsibilities:
In the role of Construction Project Coordinator, you will oversee in-house teams and subcontractors. You will engage directly with clients and participate in the bidding and invoicing processes. You are committed to excellence and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Salary:
$60-100k

4 years in Wireless, bachelor's degree

This is a Hybrid Role

In addition, you will:
Lead and manage both internal and external project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Communicate daily with external clients and internal management.

Establish processes and teams necessary to meet all project specifications.

Collaborate with the Project Construction Lead on scheduling, execution, and project closeout.

Facilitate weekly meetings with clients and project teams.

Direct crews on-site and oversee the completion of essential tasks.

Manage bidding and billing for completed projects.

Approve timesheets and daily logs.

Ensure crews are equipped with the necessary tools for their tasks.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

You have 3 years of experience in construction project management.

You have intermediate skills in schedule management.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

You have strong written and verbal communication abilities.

You demonstrate precise hand-eye coordination.


Clarity of vision at various distances, with the ability to assess distance and spatial relationships.

Ability to distinguish colors.

Capable of accurately reading blueprints.

Able to communicate progress, identify issues, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Possess safety training and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
