Position Overview:
At MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the successful execution of our projects in the field.

As a prominent mechanical contracting firm in the Northwest, we specialize in designing, delivering, and servicing HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions tailored for commercial infrastructures.

With a workforce exceeding one thousand across multiple offices, we offer a diverse range of projects that will keep you engaged and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, your role will encompass the following:
  • Managing project financials and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks effectively.
  • Collaborating with general contractors to address project needs.
  • Supervising project engineers and administrative staff.

This position reports to one of our Senior Project Manager Team Leads, and you will be part of a collaborative team working on various initiatives to support our expanding business.

Your Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the mechanical or construction industry.
  • A proven track record of keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
