Job Overview

Office Assistant required for a reputable organization. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and professional conduct.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $15-$17 based on experience

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service, both via phone and in person
  2. Manage a multiline telephone system
  3. Exhibit strong attention to detail
  4. Perform filing, supply ordering, quote typing, and maintain the Outlook Calendar
  5. Ensure a welcoming lobby environment for both employees and visitors
Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including versions 2016 and Office 365
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Experience in Business-to-Business sales office settings is preferred
  5. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
