Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while implementing and supporting IT services at GoHealth Urgent Care locations.
  • Troubleshoot technology problems, implement servers, VMs, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and software.
  • Build relationships and trust with peers, market leadership, leads, and staff.
  • Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction, ensuring excellent relations.
  • Perform on-site activities related to installation, repair, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Manage a dynamic workload with competing priorities.
  • Adapt to a constantly changing environment, working extended hours and weekends as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Associates preferred.
  • Computer/Network Certifications preferred.
  • 3 years Field Service Technician experience required.
  • 3-5 years preferred.
  • Valid US Drivers License with Insurable Driving Record required.
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA NET+ preferred.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven work experience as a field service technician.
  • Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
  • Exceptional customer service and training skillset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with server and desktop operating systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of network, host, and application technologies.
  • Familiarity and experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and reporting bodies.
  • Understanding of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
