About the Role

We're seeking a diligent Field Support Specialist to provide exceptional care and support to our clients and caregivers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for marketing our brand through community events and digital mediums, as well as assisting caregivers with tasks such as delivering medical and non-medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify applicable requirements and certifications, including employment eligibility, TB tests, physicals, CPR, and First Aid
  • Oversee the applicant tracking process, including troubleshooting and resolving applicant inquiries
  • Creative problem-solving to meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow
  • Purchase office equipment as needed
  • Conduct home visits to clients and caregivers to perform welfare checks, reassess care plans, and deliver medical or non-medical equipment
  • Market our brand through community events and digital mediums
Requirements
  • Current driver's license and proper vehicle insurance coverage
  • Customer service experience in the senior care industry (preferred)
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and in an orderly manner
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer software and able to quickly learn new programs
  • Excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
