Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 base salary plus up to $100,000 in additional commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Regional Sales Manager at Crawford Thomas Recruiting, you will represent our organization within your assigned region. This pivotal role involves broadening our client network, fostering relationships with current clients, and significantly contributing to our revenue growth. We seek a proactive, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented individual who is dedicated to achieving sales objectives and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales approach to meet sales goals and grow our client base.
  • Establish and nurture enduring client relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and goals.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition through tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover sales opportunities and assess client needs.
  • Proactively pursue new sales leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize contracts to optimize profitability.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the commercial construction sector.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Previous experience selling design and build solutions to General Contractors, A/E Firms, and Investment groups.
  • Self-driven and motivated to surpass sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the designated region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
