Job Title: Office Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Office Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations of SEEN Group, with a focus on creating an outstanding workplace environment and employee experience within the New York office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage office procedures and administrative systems to drive productivity.
- Support team and/or client meetings, event coordination, and proper setup, including catering, delivery, décor, and office appearance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless operations.
- Identify and manage external vendors, as requested and required by Senior Leadership Team.
- Oversee office design, furniture needs, and appliance repairs, including deliveries and external vendor management.
- Perform general administrative tasks to effectively run day-to-day business with MD.
Requirements:
- Passionate about the employee experience, culture, and environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Vendor relationship management skills, ability to liaise and negotiate with partners.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google and Microsoft suite, Paprika a bonus.
- Ability to manage budget and showcase understanding of topline finance and expenses.
- Highly organized and dedicated to efficiency in processes.
