Hotel Operations Manager

Arlo Hotels, a pioneering lifestyle hotel, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front desk team to provide seamless guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room sales, revenue, and profit.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate effectively with staff to ensure alignment with hotel goals.
- Monitor labor costs, review daily schedules, and optimize staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of shift closings, room deposits, refunds, and rebates.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, complete incident reports, and follow up with guests and staff.
- Manage same-day room inventory and rate yielding to maximize revenue.
- Equivalent to a Hospitality Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Opera experience a plus.
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance.
