Real Estate Office Manager Job Description

Insight Global's Property Management client is seeking a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Office Manager to join their team in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the real estate office to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Coordinate the preparation, posting, and updating of property listings on multiple platforms.
  • Acquire necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers' disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance.
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to facilitate quick sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in checking each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure deals are closed as quickly as possible.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and that any tax withholdings are complete.
  • Assist in scheduling necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and final walkthroughs.
  • Address and resolve any regulatory issues, staying up-to-date on industry changes and trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Coordinator, or Admin Assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-sufficient and resourceful.
  • Nice-to-Have: NY Real Estate License.
Compensation:

$27.00 - $32.00 hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
