Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Codat's presence in the banking industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and solutions, to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including greenfield sales and expansion into new markets

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
  • Expert knowledge of the banking industry and its key players
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results
