About the Role

As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and revenue through strategic account management and sales of Workday solutions.

Our Enterprise Sales team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment and deliver tailored solutions to customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives.

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in field sales with a focus on SaaS/Cloud-based solutions
  • Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite executives and closing opportunities
  • Ability to engage in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
