Position Overview:
As a Community Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management and operational oversight of assigned residential properties. Your role will focus on ensuring outstanding service delivery, resident satisfaction, and efficient operational processes. Key responsibilities include leasing, marketing, financial oversight, staff management, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain high occupancy levels through effective resident retention and targeted leasing strategies.
  • Lead and manage maintenance and leasing teams, providing guidance, training, and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Evaluate and approve lease applications, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to enhance property performance.
  • Drive revenue growth while effectively managing expenses, including collections and delinquency management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee maintenance operations to ensure timely service request resolution and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain positive vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
  • Organize resident engagement activities and communications, including newsletters and community events.
  • Prepare and present financial and marketing reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Manage property budgets in compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold aesthetic standards and address maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR on recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
  • Support other properties as needed to achieve overall operational objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • Experience with Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Yardi Property Management Software.
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and other property management tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Demonstrated integrity, compassion, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
Compensation:
  • The compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
  • Performance-driven bonuses are also available, rewarding your dedication and hard work.
  • Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
