Work Schedule

Full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week across 5 or more days, depending on business needs.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report daily sales metrics, ensuring accurate labor and sales data is communicated to management.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts, proactively addressing any staffing shortages.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture among staff, emphasizing the importance of service quality and responsiveness.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, recognizing and rewarding high-performing team members.
  • Implement and oversee compliance with company checklists and operational procedures.
  • Uphold a clean and inviting store atmosphere, coordinating seasonal decor changes as necessary.
  • Ensure all recipes and operational guidelines are accurately documented and accessible.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee breaks and safety protocols.
  • Foster a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and reporting any incidents appropriately.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and enhance their experience.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by management in a timely manner.
  • Lead by example, providing coaching and support to team members as needed.
  • Document all relevant operational notes and updates to ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs to ensure consistency in onboarding and job performance.
