Role Summary: The Front of House Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily service execution, mentoring staff, and enhancing team performance. This position emphasizes delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding company standards to boost team reputation.

Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week; schedule may vary based on business demands. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House team during operational shifts
  • Train and oversee team members to achieve peak performance
  • Address guest concerns and service challenges
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
  • Manage reservations, special occasions, and large gatherings
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Adhere to labor cost objectives set by management
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:
