Job Overview:

goHomePort Repairs is seeking a dedicated Field Marketing Coordinator to play a vital role in the creation, execution, and management of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

This hybrid role will involve a combination of remote work and local travel to various storage and repair facilities, as well as partnerships within the outdoor recreation sector, including campgrounds, retail outlets, RV dealerships, and storage sites.


Business Development:

Conduct comprehensive market research for both new and existing locations to identify target audiences, advertising prospects, and conversion patterns. This position will focus on deepening our engagement with current storage clients and expanding collaborations with warranty providers and insurance firms. Utilizing data analytics to refine program strategies, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and showcase return on investment to stakeholders is crucial.


Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers, vendor partners, outdoor enthusiasts, storage site proprietors, and local officials. You will serve as a brand representative and a primary contact for communication, feedback, and collaboration as we grow within established and emerging communities in Colorado. This role will also involve networking at trade shows and other industry-related gatherings.


Marketing Content Creation:

Lead the development of social media and content for diverse marketing initiatives. This includes on-site marketing efforts as well as digital marketing design in collaboration with the centralized marketing team.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, brand representation, or a similar capacity preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively, including coordinating timelines, logistics, and promotional activities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment, and we promote a drug-free workplace.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience, plus a quarterly performance bonus.
