Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives to penetrate and expand within the North American market.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, offering support, training, and motivation to meet both individual and team targets.
  • Market Development: Discover new business prospects and market niches, spearheading initiatives to broaden our footprint and boost sales performance.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, providers, and distributors, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Analysis: Evaluate sales metrics and performance indicators, utilizing data to refine strategies and foster continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product innovation, and customer service teams to synchronize efforts and leverage market opportunities.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Generate precise sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership, delivering insights into market dynamics and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales, with a minimum of 8 years in a senior sales management capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the North American healthcare sector, including regulatory frameworks, reimbursement processes, and competitive environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-achieving sales teams.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret sales data and market research to inform strategic choices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer-centric business development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North America as necessary.
