Role Overview: The Growth Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in our expansion phase following our Series B funding. This role focuses on enhancing our customer base, ensuring customer retention, and building a reputable brand as we extend our marketing communications beyond domestic borders. Your primary goal will be to identify and maximize growth opportunities throughout the customer engagement funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify user insights, segment key demographics, and implement customer acquisition and growth initiatives across both owned and paid channels.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of various initiatives and experiments.
  • Enhance customer experiences throughout their journey using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Execute acquisition campaigns utilizing a comprehensive digital media mix, including paid search, display, video, and programmatic advertising.
  • Oversee the growth roadmap for website acquisition, informed by both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of programs in terms of conversions and overall growth.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and ad platforms effectively for data visualization and reporting.
  • Optimize marketing automation systems, including workflows and lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials across various platforms.
  • Innovate and implement new growth strategies while evaluating emerging trends and competitors.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain and grow lead databases and track marketing campaign success.
  • Develop dashboards for seamless reporting and collaboration across departments.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from Sales on marketing-generated leads for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing within a B2B or B2C technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and expand growth initiatives.
  • Experience in a results-driven setting, adept at analyzing performance and conducting A/B testing.
  • Preferred educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and ABM platforms.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of performance growth across various marketing channels.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
