As a Lead Marketing Strategist, you will serve as a vital link between technical teams, utilizing your expertise in persuasive communication and strategic pursuit for various market and geographic sectors.

Our team consists of organized and resourceful project managers who oversee the pursuit process from initial concept to final selection.

Your role will involve leading strategic initiatives and executing routine marketing tasks in accordance with established protocols, leveraging your understanding of the organization, processes, and procedures to devise solutions for unique challenges.

This position may encompass activities related to proposals, interview strategies, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategies and procedures to fulfill the marketing objectives of the team, positioning the firm to excel in securing and finalizing projects.

Set, communicate, and adhere to deadlines; facilitate project-specific marketing strategy discussions; provide solutions to the firm's daily marketing requirements.
Address complex issues through your knowledge and experience, while mentoring junior staff.
Design and create content for various marketing initiatives.

Utilize best practices to improve project effectiveness, employing market research techniques to monitor trends and demands, and create event concepts, promotions, and oversee activities.

Plan and manage the creation of materials and information for marketing initiatives such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards.

Conduct internal quality assurance and quality control reviews to guarantee a high level of quality and precision in all marketing content, analysis, and documentation.

Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data.
Assist in identifying target markets and potential clients, strategizing to cultivate relationships with these clients.
Prepare and submit entries for industry awards.

A minimum of six years of experience in a marketing role, particularly in securing work through competitive processes.
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite products.
Self-motivation and initiative, along with the capability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple high-priority tasks with strict deadlines.
Demonstrated proficiency in both technical and conversational writing, as well as reviewing and proofreading materials for content, grammar, and style.
The ability to work effectively within both local and remote teams.
The capability to implement marketing strategies to secure work.

The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various offices to execute effective strategies for project and client-specific marketing efforts with minimal direction.

The ability to manage and coordinate the development of content and messaging for quality statements-of-qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials with internal stakeholders.

The ability to work with internal stakeholders to gather and maintain project-related data and information.
Proven competency in data management software.
The ability to cultivate and maintain effective professional relationships.
Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.

Typical salary range for this position is $81,000, commensurate with experience relative to the position.
