Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Brookside Health Group. This full-time position will be based in a hybrid arrangement, requiring office presence on Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of BHG's brand, strategic plan, marketing goals, and objectives.
    • Support global brand campaign planning and analysis, develop, execute, and manage promotional collateral.
    • Lead integrated work with digital, content, and creative teams for channel plans and campaign measurement.
    • Provide creative direction for media and marketing materials.
    • Oversee timelines for new projects and internal review processes.
    • Lead campaign recaps and quarterly reporting, analyzing performance metrics.
    • Oversee web platforms for branded collateral and assets.
    • Ensure brand compliance for BHG and affiliate brands.
    • Assist in communication support for affiliate brands and manage agency/vendor relationships.
    • Act as a brand ambassador at events.
  • Clinic and Physician Marketing
    • Serve as a liaison for BHG clinic operations to deliver effective marketing plans.
    • Support intake of new requests and develop strategic briefs.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans for service lines and specialties.
    • Lead marketing efforts for new physician onboarding.
    • Support clinic marketing requests and special projects.
    • Maintain consistent communication between marketing and operations teams.
  • Project Management
    • Lead project coordination for clinic/operations client projects and strategic events.
    • Manage relevant marketing budgets and assist in accounts payable.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing/communications, project management, media campaigns, and corporate branding/marketing.
  • Experience with integrated marketing programs for varied audiences.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence leadership on marketing strategies.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading teams and managing deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish.
