Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Application Marketing Strategist to craft exceptional strategies and oversee the management of performance marketing initiatives for mobile and app platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of Mobile Applications, you will lead efforts across the organization and collaborate with various teams to achieve cohesive mobile and app marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in driving mobile app growth. We require a professional with a proven track record in executing multi-channel app campaigns, demonstrating analytical expertise, and a strong drive to enhance client growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and articulate the comprehensive strategy for mobile app campaign management in collaboration with the VP/Director of Mobile Applications and Performance Marketing Teams.
  • Direct growth marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, campaign oversight, and performance measurement (encompassing subscription funnel metrics) for the mobile application to increase installations, user engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Exhibit proficiency in executing all facets of multi-channel marketing, including SEM, App Store optimization, and paid advertising through mobile networks, influencer partnerships, AdWords, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, utilizing audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, display advertising, and more.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, delivering performance insights on all mobile marketing initiatives, and iterating strategies to enhance outcomes based on data and insights.
  • Deeply engage with clients' businesses: comprehend their objectives, external market conditions, and industry dynamics; understand their business models, performance metrics, and definitions of success.
Qualifications:

Required Skills:
  • 4-6+ years of experience, with a significant portion dedicated to managing Mobile App performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in driving customer acquisition growth and optimizing key mobile app performance metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mobile App landscape, performance marketing, market trends, and development.
  • Experience in understanding the intersection of Mobile App marketing with various channel teams - including Paid Search/SEM, Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and Attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Localytics, SensorTower, and others.
  • A diverse background in managing campaigns across different verticals, including both direct response and brand-focused initiatives.
Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $68,000-$110,400. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other legally permissible factors.
