Role Overview: The Growth Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in our expansion efforts following our recent growth phase. This role will focus on enhancing our customer base, ensuring customer retention, and bolstering our brand reputation as we extend our marketing communications beyond domestic borders.

Your primary objective will be to optimize all growth avenues for the organization at every stage of the marketing funnel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product development, technology, and more, bringing cutting-edge climate solutions to various industrial sectors. Utilizing data and experimentation, you will drive growth while continuously testing and refining strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify user insights, define key segments, and implement customer acquisition and growth initiatives across both owned and paid channels.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to assess the impact of initiatives and experiments.
  • Enhance customer journey experiences through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Execute acquisition campaigns across diverse digital media channels, including paid search, display, video, and programmatic advertising.
  • Oversee the website acquisition growth strategy, informed by qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze program impacts in terms of conversions and growth, iterating and expanding initiatives over time.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics platforms for effective visualization and reporting.
  • Optimize marketing automation systems, including workflows and lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create impactful marketing materials across various formats.
  • Develop and manage dashboards for seamless reporting and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing within a B2B or B2C technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and expand growth initiatives.
  • Experience in a results-driven setting, analyzing performance and optimizing actions based on data.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and ABM platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and executing growth opportunities across various marketing channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
