About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small and medium business segment. You'll work closely with our retail sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the small and medium business segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Collaborate with the retail sales team to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of sales and business development experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
