About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Director, Global Retail Learning, Operations and Communications. This is a unique opportunity to reimagine the end-to-end employee experience for our retail teams through learning, development, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive communication and learning strategy that encompasses all aspects of our business.
  • Manage a team of six direct reports and report to the Vice President, Retail Center of Excellence.
  • Develop and deliver training content for e-learning, instructor-led courses, virtual webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Oversee communication and learning management systems and partner with COE and IT teams on enhancements, bug fixes, or platform changes.
  • Guide change management in communication and training processes.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of experience in learning and development and communications, with retail or hospitality experience. You should have a strong vision for creating training and communication plans for future needs and opportunities. Additionally, you should possess project management and change management skills, as well as customer service skills with a desire to satisfy our internal and external customers.
