Account Manager Job Description

Rocky Fork Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Landscape Maintenance Team. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the Account Manager will serve as the intermediary between customers, vendors, service partners, employees, and company owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews to ensure services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients through enhancement sales.
  • Complete quality audits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests for service.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company.
  • Direct supervisory grounds maintenance experience with a strong history of customer service and/or account management performance.
  • Ability to operate a truck with or without an attached trailer.
  • Ability to operate mowing equipment, small mechanical tools, snow removal equipment, and various pieces of landscape equipment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Working Conditions:

The working conditions for this position will vary depending on tasks and will include an office setting and customer site visits in varying weather conditions.
