This key position is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our largest business customers in the government, education, and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and present strategic plans to prospects and partners. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key customers, following up on contract leads, and negotiating agreements for joint ventures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments, including IT, AR, Web, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. Essential skills and qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with e-procurement systems and Salesforce is a plus. Regular travel is required for this role.
