Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in North America. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in servicing inquiries, chasing up a prospect pipeline, and qualifying businesses to hand over to our Account Executive channel.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a prospect pipeline, working closely with our Account Executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the North American market.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to determine the best course of action for each prospect.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and insights to our leadership team on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales qualification capacity, with a proven track record of success in driving new business growth.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in managing a contact pipeline and updating records as needed.
