About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Skai. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and assess sales leads
  • Engage with inbound marketing leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline
  • Nurture business relationships and introduce Skai's products to a diverse audience
  • Collaborate with various departments within the company to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or telephone sales
  • Preferably a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in selling digital marketing services and familiarity with SaaS
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong academic background and willingness to learn about new products
  • Open to flexible work hours and time zones
Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 plus commissions, depending on experience and skills. Additional bonus details will be shared during the hiring process.
