Position Overview:
The Lincoln Group Inc is seeking a skilled Inside Salesperson to support our client in the wastewater sector. This role is based in Denver, CO, and involves leveraging your sales acumen to interpret plans, generate quotes, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing STACK plan software to read and analyze plans.
  • Preparing detailed take-offs from the plans provided.
  • Creating and presenting quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Gathering quotes, specification sheets, and drawings from various vendors.
  • Understanding and applying area specifications (MAG specs) for different locations.
  • Conducting take-offs and pricing material lists based on customer specifications.
  • Processing and refining orders while communicating pricing, shipping details, and other pertinent information to clients.
  • Inputting data for total cost calculations using company systems.
  • Organizing and filing orders according to expected delivery timelines.
  • Participating in safety and office protection planning initiatives.
  • Calculating prices, discounts, and shipping costs accurately.
  • Encouraging additional material sales to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Dispatch, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to expedite or track orders.
  • Assisting with walk-in customers and pulling orders as needed.
  • Directing orders to the Warehouse for fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Operating a forklift as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in inside sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • A strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver suitable solutions for a positive experience.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize leads and follow-ups.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and other departments.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
