Job Summary:

International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities and effectively managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Present technical solutions to clients and prospects, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians
  • Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical sales, preferably with analytical instruments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural sciences or engineering
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%)
  • Valid driver's license and passport

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range: $83,800 - $90,100 per year
  • Uncapped commission plan with monthly payments and bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets
  • Car/mileage reimbursement, full benefits, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years
