About the Role:
As a Sales Representative for Total Quality Logistics, you will be responsible for building your own book of business while handling your customers' supply chain needs 24/7/365. You will be the single point of contact to ensure the job gets done right. If you are a decisive problem-solver with a drive for financial freedom, this sales career may be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with customers to build your book of business
- Closing new and existing customers to move their freight
- Negotiating prices with customers and carriers
- Managing daily shipments and resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Providing proactive and honest communication, both internally and externally
Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Determination to outwork anyone
- Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to work with the latest supply chain and logistics technologies
