Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and proactive HR Coordinator to enhance our team within the engineering sector. This is a full-time, permanent role that presents a valuable opportunity to contribute significantly to our organization's development and achievements. The HR Coordinator will oversee various human resources functions, particularly focusing on talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Formulating and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
3. Administering a performance evaluation system that fosters high performance.
4. Overseeing compensation structures and benefits programs.
5. Identifying training needs and implementing training programs.
6. Providing management with HR metrics for informed decision-making.
7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
8. Spearheading the development and execution of talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
9. Collaborating with department heads to identify necessary skills and competencies for job openings.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources.
2. Experience in the engineering sector is preferred.
3. Proven expertise in talent management and acquisition.
4. Strong familiarity with HR systems and databases.
5. Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
6. Excellent skills in active listening, negotiation, and presentation.
7. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
9. HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
