Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist in Human Resources
Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $83,000 - $100,000 plus additional bonus opportunities
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule available

Role Overview: This role encompasses the entire talent acquisition process and is accountable for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, it focuses on enhancing applicant flow and promoting diversity outreach initiatives. This position collaborates closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition and Compliance team, primarily supporting Olin's business divisions and Corporate organization, along with our manufacturing sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles with exceptional talent Manages the complete recruiting lifecycle, emphasizing a positive candidate experience Develops and maintains a diverse pool of qualified candidates, focusing on sustained engagement over time Ensures accurate and timely maintenance of the applicant tracking system and job files Responsible for compiling Affirmative Action data for external hires and internal promotions for designated areas Works with the Talent Acquisition team on campus recruiting initiatives and oversees intern/co-op processes in assigned areas, ensuring effective communication and engagement with leadership

Minimum Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law, or a related business discipline A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or talent acquisition Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred Strong client relationship skills, capable of building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders while representing Olin positively Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must hold a valid US driver's license Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
