Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator I to assist in the effective execution of projects within the telecommunications sector. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed efficiently, adhering to timelines and budget constraints while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in organizing, coordinating, and implementing project tasks.
  • Engage with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate the timely achievement of project goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, including plans, progress reports, and documentation from meetings.
  • Provide updates on project status and highlight any challenges to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project discussions during meetings and provide insights.
  • Recognize potential challenges and collaborate with the Project Manager to formulate strategies for resolution.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or management roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
