Job Overview

As a Client Engagement and Project Oversight Manager at Firm Media Inc, you will take charge of a dedicated team of Account Executives, ensuring they provide outstanding client service while achieving their individual targets. You will act as a vital link between your team and upper management, playing an essential role in strategic initiatives, client relationship cultivation, and team enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Development: Inspire, guide, and empower a team of Account Executives, establishing performance benchmarks and delivering continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Client Account Management: Supervise the handling of client accounts, guaranteeing satisfaction and the effective delivery of projects.
  • Strategic Development: Partner with senior leadership to formulate and execute strategic account plans that promote growth and profitability.
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate and address client challenges, utilizing your expertise to steer the team towards exceeding client expectations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of the Account Executive team, monitor key performance indicators, and implement enhancements as necessary.
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate significant client projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Engage in high-level client discussions, providing strategic insights and solutions to strengthen client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a history of effectively managing and mentoring teams, preferably in account management or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to think strategically while making informed decisions that benefit both clients and the organization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to engage effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Detail-oriented, with the capability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring that both client expectations and team performance are met.
  • Proficient in project management, with a proven ability to oversee intricate projects and guarantee their successful execution.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to function independently as well as collaboratively, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Brand Director.
