Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate discipline-specific tasks to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including the development of proposals.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the project team's deliverables within the technical discipline.
  • Engage with clients and partners to address technical aspects of projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple disciplines on integrated projects.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or
  • Master's degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, or
  • PhD in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification (if applicable).

Locations: Various locations in Southern California.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
