Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and skilled professional to fill the role of Associate in Account Management/Business Development. This position is vital in furthering our commitment to accessibility and inclusion. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and managing a robust account pipeline, overseeing key client relationships, and fostering growth and impact for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to RFPs from significant state or corporate clients.
  • Create compelling sales presentations that clearly articulate our offerings and value propositions.
  • Design and implement effective engagement models and account management strategies.
  • Identify and forge strategic alliances with relevant organizations, including corporations, nonprofits, and government entities.
  • Strengthen relationships with current partners to enhance collaboration and promote the Perkins brand.
  • Facilitate targeted strategy discovery sessions and workshops.
  • Work closely with leadership to align revenue goals with the organization's mission.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance metrics, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to boost visibility and cultivate new partnerships.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials to support partnership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and presentation tools such as Adobe, Canva, and PowerPoint is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

  • MBA in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting with a demonstrated record of success.
