Bud's Goods + Provisions is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Dispense cannabis and cannabis products in a sales transaction, maintaining compliance with all local and state regulations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cannabis and cannabis products, including strain lineage, consumption methods, and storage requirements.
  • Accurately process transactions and manage cash handling, math skills, and attention to detail.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving, labeling, packaging, and re-stocking.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment.
  • Support the Retail Management team in achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, midday, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long hours, up to 10 hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multilingual.
  • Microsoft Office applications and technical skills.
