Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to generate new business leads and close deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on T-Mobile's innovative products and services, effectively communicating their value to clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices, driving team success and elevating individual performance.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities and adaptability.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Communication Mastery: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, effectively articulating complex ideas and solutions.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrate effective negotiating and closing skills, consistently achieving sales goals and exceeding client expectations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to update and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining accurate sales opportunities, including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.
