We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Mid Hudson Subaru. As a key member of our Sales and Service departments, you will play a vital role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing them with expert guidance on our latest vehicles and technologies, and helping them navigate the purchasing process. You will work closely with our sales teams and dealership management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide customers with expert product information and direct them to relevant dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs and preferences
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions to drive continuous improvement and growth

Requirements:

  • At least one previous role with strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Enthusiastic personality and strong computer skills
