Your Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for renewable energy.


Your Responsibilities
  • Manage early-stage renewable energy projects from concept to construction-ready
  • Work and coordinate projects with a remote and diverse internal team
  • Manage project development stages, including budget, studies, approvals, planning, and financial analysis
  • Analyze requests for proposals and coordinate RFP submissions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders
  • Ensure liaison with government on relevant issues
  • Coordinate resource prospecting and analysis, interconnection, and regulatory/permitting approval processes
  • Act as the company's representative and local face of the projects

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or experience in the energy industry
  • Developed renewable energy projects
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in project development in New York State
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
  • Committed to excellence in their work and finding creative ways to deliver high-quality projects
