About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000, depending on experience, with generous commission structures in place to drive performance-based earnings. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, vacation time, and more.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions, client relationships, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ years of recent/relevant experience in Business-to-Business sales.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
