  • Strategic Account Management: Formulate and execute account strategies that align with client aspirations and organizational goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver consistent updates and performance reports to senior leadership regarding account status, client insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled and projects are completed on schedule.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve any client-related issues or obstacles, providing timely solutions while ensuring a positive client experience.
