About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor to join our team at Camelback Subaru Volkswagen. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders and the flow of work in the Drive Lane, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service.
  • Concierge Support: Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure that customers receive seamless service and support.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, maximizing revenue and efficiency.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
  • Customer Success: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers are delighted with their service experience.
  • Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims, as well as training and supervising of service department staff.
  • Compliance: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
