Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join our team at CommonBond Communities. As a key member of our leadership sales team, you will contribute to the development of our department's key goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and support services and related products.

Lead the prospecting and managing of sales opportunities for key accounts and major customers.

Provide guidance to the worldwide sales team in developing opportunities in individual territories.

Ensure integration of Field Application Scientists and Internal Services Team in the strategic selling process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sales with specific selling expertise in the life sciences services and/or CRO field.

Extensive knowledge and experience with the sale of products in the assay development and sample testing services life sciences/diagnostic field.

Expert technical knowledge as it relates to phase gated assay development, pre-clinical and clinical sample testing, and bioanalysis.

Strong business acumen, negotiation, and mediation skills.

Ability to build and foster relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software products.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Ability to provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to others.

Ability to travel extensively with some overnight stays.
