Business Development and Marketing Director

GMED North America is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Director to lead the Business Development and Marketing units. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic planning, sales strategy, and service development to drive market share growth and establish pricing guidelines and strategies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Marketing and Communication Manager and Sales Manager to define and deploy the marketing plan, sales strategy, and service development. They will also establish pricing guidelines and strategies based on market intelligence and branding strategy, monitoring competition, and market trends.
The Business Development and Marketing Director will be responsible for continuously researching and reporting on competitors and industry trend analysis, data analytics, and regulatory compliance. They will also align with other senior leadership and divisions to define objectives and key results consistent with the short- and long-term vision.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and proficiency in sales and marketing analytics, with experience using advanced reporting tools, CRM systems, and data visualization applications. They will also have a proven track record of success in achieving sales objectives in a variety of distribution structures and product segments.
