Sales Manager Role at Planet Depos
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Planet Depos, a family-owned global court reporting company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to improve sales performance.
- Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the court reporting industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience with salesforce and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
