Senior Enterprise IT Program Management Analyst

Velos is in search of a Senior Enterprise IT Program Management Analyst to enhance their team. This position will focus on delivering systems engineering and program management expertise within a contemporary cloud computing framework for the Department of Defense (DOD). The successful candidate will possess over 20 years of technical and leadership experience within the DOD or Intelligence Community (IC), along with familiarity in Special Access Programs (SAP). A current TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transition of legacy systems to advanced platforms
  • Formulate an enterprise IT as a service strategy at the organizational level
  • Establish and implement security specifications
  • Collaborate with Government program managers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of technical and leadership experience within the DOD or IC
  • Experience with Special Access Program (SAP) Community

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and prior SAP experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
