Key Responsibilities

Achieve new business production targets and objectives.

Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.

Process requests for policy changes from customers.

Manage incoming claims calls from clients and ensure follow-up.

Identify new Financial Services opportunities.

Document each customer interaction in our system.

Approach each customer interaction as a chance to cross-sell and up-sell financial products.

Verify and update customer contact information.

Understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.

Stay informed about new products and services.

Generate new business through leads and referrals.

Provide insurance quotes.

Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation activities.

Increase sales revenue through effective communication methods.

Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Participate in training and continuing education programs.

Demonstrate a genuine willingness to learn and be resourceful.

Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Be a proactive self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Establish relationships from the ground up.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior sales experience is essential.

Must be highly self-motivated and possess problem-solving skills.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

A Life & Health Insurance license is also required.

Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities are essential.

A successful sales history is preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.

Must be driven and goal-oriented.
