Compensation Structure:
You have the potential to determine your own earnings through our commission-based compensation model. The average income for our more than 12,000 financial professionals who sold at least one life insurance policy was $91,351. The average income for nearly 6,000 of our Registered Representatives who sold at least one life insurance policy was $134,369.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension plan.
Compensation and income are not guaranteed and depend on various factors, including individual sales performance and contract type. Historical income figures do not account for authorized expenses that may reduce the compensation received by an agent.
Certain eligibility criteria apply. Monthly payments are influenced by your earnings, years of service, age, and the payment structure you select.
