JOB SUMMARY
We are in search of a Consulting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to collaborate with the other principals in our firm to deliver the most effective solutions to our clients worldwide.
Utilize your knowledge and expertise acquired from your tenure as a full-time CEO or consulting CEO to assist business owners and/or CEOs in enhancing their organizations.
We seek CEOs with an entrepreneurial mindset who wish to engage with a firm that prioritizes its consultants and values its clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Leverage your skills and knowledge as a Chief Executive Officer to support your clients with leadership, organizational turnarounds, executive coaching, team building, and more.
Utilize our training and coaching to broaden your business network, cultivate strong relationships, and facilitate the acquisition of new clients.
Engage with CEOs and Business Owners at a peer level, actively listening, learning, and posing relevant questions to identify core issues within an organization.
Assemble a team from within the client organization, our team of C-Suite level consultants, or from our Strategic Alliance Partner Firms to deliver optimal solutions to your client.
As a principal and consulting CEO within our firm, you will collaborate with other experienced C-Suite professionals who share the mission of providing exceptional solutions for our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of five years of experience as a CEO, business owner, or in a comparable role.
